Who We Are
My Mind Services Ltd was founded in 2019 bridging the gap between free and private counselling. The service provides counselling at £30 per session, with a free assessment.
We Offer generic counselling that covers most emotional and behavioural issues. The service offers time limited and open ended counselling. We use several different theoretical approaches and models to meet the need.
We write and deliver bespoke training packages for agencies for staff and for their clients.
Our Mission
To provide an affordable adult generic counselling service to a wide population, providing an effective, high quality service using therapeutic techniques so clients can:
● Enhance self awareness.
● Experience a safe environment to explore thoughts and feelings.
● Ensure they are treated with compassion, non judgment and care.
● Be referred to external services when required.
Vision Statement
My Mind Services will provide a confidential, safe, nurturing, non judgemental environment. We provide generic, affordable counselling to those who require it.
